The Peace Hotel, formerly the Cathay Hotel in shanghai.
I was experimenting with a flare filter that I bought, hence the star effect on the lights. The original photo contained a statue of MaoZedong on the right hand side, which, although unique to China, distracted from the overall look of the picture. ASA 100, f-3.5 at 1.5 seconds. Border and text applied in Photoshop. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
